The apartment is located in one of the most interesting buildings in Warsaw. The project was put into operation in 2007 receiving the award of the Association of Polish Architects.

The apartment building is located on a quiet street, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town and local parks. The building blends with the existing greenery through its small dimensions and large glazed areas, becoming a light and transparent body embedded in the surrounding trees. The architect designed 4 residential floors and commercial space located on the ground floor of the buildingwith a pharmacy and a cafe. There is also a terrace available for residents – perfect for sunny summer days and evenings.

Large areas of glazing in aluminum frames and cladding made of wood-like panels give the building a modern expression. The southern facade of the building is protected by automatically unfolded awnings, which allow for external covering of the entire front of the apartments. A lot of glass reflecting green, wood-like cladding on the facade, uniform lighting of the loggia, basalt floors, glass ceilings, artistic ceramics and crystal chandeliers in the halls, marble portals of the entrance doors to the premises make the building unique.

A renowned architectural studio was responsible for the design of the apartment. The interiors are designed in a modern-classic style. Considerable size and extensive glazing gave great arrangement possibilities. Despite the use of a few strong color accents – black glass in the kitchen and exotic wood on the floor throughout the apartment – the interiors remain bright.

Upon entering the apartment, a truly representative entrance hall with a beautiful stone floor draws your attention. An elegant toilet and a large built-in wardrobe complete the impression of elegance.

The spacious living room and kitchen are filled with light from sunrise to sunset. The best, southern exposure of this part of the apartment is of key importance here. Taking into account the high insolation, the building designer has provided awnings along the entire length of the living room windows, which can be lowered at the push of a button on the most sunny days, reducing the heating of the room. If there is a need for additional cooling of the interior, we have air conditioning.

The open space of the living room is completed by 2 roofed balconies – one is right next to the kitchen (perfect for morning coffee), the other in the living room.

The night zone is naturally separated, and the windows of all bedrooms overlook the quiet, northern side of the building. Thanks to this arrangement, the rooms remain cool even on the warmest days and the magnificent trees growing next to the building add a unique charm to the views from the windows.

The apartment has 3 large bedrooms, but the owner may divide one of them into two separate rooms, if the tenant would need 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom was designed as one space with a large bathroom and a dressing room. The bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower cabin and a wide wash basin. The interior of the bathroom is finished with natural stone, and the furniture elements – spacious cabinets under the washbasin – with natural veneer. The whole creates a very functionally designed and stylistically harmonious space. The other 2 bedrooms share a second bathroom, finished to the same high standard.

Two independent parking spaces in the underground garage are available within the rental price.
